When the damper failed on KIA-Ora they said they would have to be replaced in pairs... I think is twas €70 plus labour plus VAT each.

When I said, "surely they are covered by the 7-Year warranty", they replied "yes, of course they are" and only changed one... ::)

Been for a scan at a private hospital (on the NHS but they lack the specialist equipment)

The difference is amazing, modern, clean, quiet. Hardly any waiting, I was in and out in 20 minutes. The only similarity was trying finding a parking space. But it was free.
