Was my 6 months after Op scan follow up meeting with consultant (the excellent Mr Ahmed) that was delayed by our holiday.  All in all twas good news all round, they were dead on time, renewed my free parking permit and gave me an 'all clear for now' (you never get a full all clear) and confirmed that what was was thought to be a 'post operative hernia' is just tissue 'thiickening'

Next scan in 6 months and scans will continue for 10 years - well hopefully. Whenever you hear about the NHS costing a fortune to run I am now part of that problem.  CT scanners are seriously expensive beasts

Oh my poor back... It went when I was doing some DIY and I couldn't stand up...

LL took me to the local clinic and the lovely nurse Ryta gave me an injection in my bum... Have to go to bed now...  cry:
