More Croatian wandering around.
There was a gorgeous thunderstorm this morning that cooled the air but now back to being trickling back sweat hot 

So Croatia, how does it rank on the Miss D holiday destinationometer?

We are travelling around a bit so not to bad. Dubrovnik would be lovely if you weren't mercilessly being ripped off ( within the old town) .
They want the equivalent of £25 just to.let you walk on the old city walls.
£22 to go on a cable car trip that takes less than 5 mins., £6 for a 250cl bottle.of Sprite   etc etc etc
I appreciate they may have had massive rebuilding costs but that is just legitimised  mugging.
Also not helped by the masses of cruise hoarders that dominate the place.
We are now a bit further down the coast which is lovely.
Also , and I suppose it is to be expected , but it is very much  let me tell you about the war.
Whilst I understand the basics of what happened I am still struggling with all the  various factions of these countries and who did what to who and why

Once you can work out what season timetable they are running  high / mid or low.  Which in reality doesn't matter as they also operate the 'local' timetable which is whenever they feel like it mixed in with whoever's has turned up to work today.
