Essentially the same as supermarket (or if you want to pay lots extra Beechams) cold/flu tablets and yes they are effin brilliant     Paracetamol, Pseudoephedrine and cough suppressant.

But imho only if sparingly used.  Took some Tescos ones to get me through yesterday evening and worked a treat
