My son was made homeless about a year ago. He has been living in emergency accommodation since then.. As you can imagine the other residents in this establishment are not the most genteel of folk, more the sort that start arguing at three in the morning and have a drug habit to service .
He is staying in Scotland despite his prospects being better down here to stay by his children but because he has been living in one room in a 'doss house' his access to his children has been severely limited.
Today he has finally been offered a two bedromed flat. It is completely empty but it is his step up. He is no longer 'homeless' he can now see his children in a safe and secure environment and can pursue the physics degree that he has been wanting to do for a while.
So where am I today? Dancing on the ceiling

And as he has very few possessions joining the Inverness Freecycle group having a sort out of bed linen and trying to find a nice man witha van. X

I am one very happy and proud bunny on behalf of my son
