What a day woke this morning with man flu struggled to werk doped up to the eyeballs 

At 1 pm going outside for a ciggie and fell down a flight of concrete stairs  . Luckly  my arm caught on the banister  which stopped my face smashing on the floor at the bottom 

I was brought home and have soaked in the bath now my right knee has completly seized up both legs are grazed up the front and my arm is black already  ... So embarrassing 

And it dosen't half leave you shaken
