I am exhaustimicated  surrender:

Had a day of end of year service review stats, a 2 hour spiel on the AV elections ( working on that day) , and then the vilest 'customer' who always chooses to ring last thing on a Friday  evil:

So rescheduled night out, got a take away , have had the bubbliest bubble bath and am now chilled and relaxed. A state of being that will not last too long  noooo:
