He's Welsh, He's Nulabour, He's Talking Sense, Can it be True?

Unbelievably Kim Howells, one time Minister under Tony Blair, and a Welsh politico of long standing is actually saying what many are now thinking. Pull our troops out of Afghanistan and spend the money on securing our island against terrorists.

I see this as a direct challenge to the lies we have been told about how the only way to protect ourselves against terrorists is to kill Pakistanis and Afghans in their back yard. Howells is right. We are an island race. How hard can it be to protect ourselves if we really wanted to. Truth is that Nulabour have been deliberately swamping us with immigrants for the past 12 years and now the danger is within our own country, as evidenced by the British born members of recent terror gangs that we know about, but it could be solved with the will and the money......... I am with Kim Howells all the way on this one.

Howells argues that a fundamental rethink may be forced on the government as public support for the war rapidly erodes.

On hearing today's news my first remark was that it's the 'final straw'. The push to withdraw is only going to get stronger now.

Indeed Uncle and Howells was speaking his bit before the news of five British soldiers being shot by one of the Afghan policemen they were mentoring broke in the UK media ~ given his position he may of course have heard of it before he spoke up.
