Sadly, this comes as no surprise. They've got us so that whatever we do it's illegal, and if it's not illegal, they'll bloody welll tax it  cussing:

Shame on the neighbour, and shame on OFSTED. If they were having loads of kids in from numerous parents, fair enough. But this was a private arrangement betwen two families

Ofsted deem that if you choose a relative ( close or not) to look after your child this is perfectly acceptable...however a friend who you know and trust is not .

Once again the Law of Unintended Consequences born of sloppy legislation raises its head ~ as we could have told them it would.
Meanwhile "they" still expect us to accept their assurances that "This legislation will not mean that you cannot etc etc"  noooo:


I fully expect some twat from Ofsted to now start babbling about protecting children and mentioning SOHAM and/or DUNBLANE again.
