I've had a bus pass for the last 8 years on the grounds of disability. Wales give them to Blue Badge holders automatically.

However I had never heard "recycled teenagers". When we lived in North London the bus drivers all referred to bus pass holders as "Twirlies" from the habit of old ladies of getting onto the bus at 9.25, waving their pass and saying "Am I to early?". Bus passes did not apply before 09.30.

So young Tink ~ you are now a Twirly.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Courtesies of a small and trivial character are the ones which strike deepest in the grateful and appreciating heart.
