No it is not every other week. It is a "season" of John LeCarre stories spread over a period of time. Basically it is the story of "Smiley" LeCarre's main character although George Smiley is only a small part of some of the stories. The current story is based on LeCarre's novel "The Looking Glass War"

I enjoyed the books and some of the dramatizations but it all seems to be repeats at the moment, prolly my imagination. noooo:

Being Radio 4 they are airing them on a Sunday afternoon with a Saturday evening repeat (or maybe the other way round) but these are supposed to be new adaptations.
