Being 'required' to wear high heels as part of a Uniform is another matter. You take the job knowing what the terms and conditions are and whether you are prepared to work under these. I do not know many 'legalised' professions that 'require' you to wear high heels . Certainly most air stewardesses don't anymore. Most wear a low court heel these days ( sorry fella's

I like wearing heels and wear them to work most days. It is my personal responsibility to ensure that I can walk in them. Not many people I know have been off work for heel related injuries , or calf strain etc but if you look at long term sickness levels for RSI problems they are through the roof. Should we prioritise and stop using computers - simply is not going to happen is it
