When my children were young I would take them to the local park with some 'dead bread' and feed the ducks and geese.  Kept them quite and amused for well, at least three minutes.

Visited my eldest daughter and her partner yesterday and they took me to the local park with some 'dead bread' to feed the ducks.  it kept me amused for well, at least three minutes,  I did find a walnut tree on the way back and now have a handbag full of nuts. cloud9:
