Poor you ...not before you're holiday that is just not fair.

I am sure the medical staff here will provide lots of home made remedies that will have you back on your feet in no time  ;) - or running really quickly in the opposite direction at any rate  lol:

Magic tablets didn't work.  noooo:

Dosed up to the eyeballs this week because, well sods law, and nothing worked. Mega doses of vit C and zinc, echinacea plus my extra magic pills from the homeopath which have worked at keeping stuff at bay for a year. All did nothing.  noooo:

What thingys? Where does one get them? What if you are blocked as well as running does it clear that up too?
