Your sleep pillow is in the post.

WARNING:
Do not microwave the pillow. Do not wash the pillow.

Cover is Poly/cotton and is NOT removable (unless you want 4 ozs of dried lavender flowers all over the floor).
Filling is Polyester and real Lavender Heads with additional essential oil of Lavender and Lavender Fragrance.
If you wash it the flowers will turn to mush and stain the cover.
If you microwave it the flowers will cook and burst into flames (prolly).

Sleep well!
