Same last night, except every time I dozed off I found myself being held at gunpoint by Nazis or some similar horror.

Most people I know of may age report that they regularly lie awake half the night worrying about stuff that gets all out of proportion in the small hosurs and then get up the next morning at Christ Almighty o'clock knackered and despondent

Tried sleeping pills. No difference.
Tried herbal stuff. No difference.
It is really pissing me off

Are others here thus challenged?
Any solutions?
