Luv the term 'The Goldilocks Zone', not too hot, not too cold.

Dunno why we're getting too excited, as even a
'mere' 12 light years away is always going to be an unsermountable (sp) distance to travel, especially when you put it into perspective regarding just how long it takes for our sunlight to reach us, and that's only 'round the corner' so to speak.
