Slow Food
« on: September 22, 2008, 04:01:55 PM »
I've just been listening (background) to the Food Prog on R4 about Slow Food. No, not slow cooking, Slow Food as in the organisation that's been going for about 20 years.

http://www.slowfood.org.uk/

Very laudable in many ways but not quite sure why they need to be an international organisation  confused:. Curious.
