Home-made steak and kidney pudding, mash, carrots, mange tout and sugar snap peas. And I realised tonight that all the years I've been cooking I've never made a steamed pudding before, welll.... unless you count those Heinz treacle puds where you stand the tin in boiling water for 30 minutes
