Pasta with bolognese sauce
The bolognese sauce that I made too much of a few days ago and froze in a foil container the size of a house brick which, when removed from the freezer just now was a solid as a house brick but split in half quite easily with the application of a cleaver and mallet resulting in 2 half-house-brick pieces of frozen sauce skidding in opposite directions along the work surface!
It'll be fine

It looks like sauce; it smells like sauce; it skids along the work surface like frozen sauce... it's probably sauce

Bangers 'n' chips
I'm just going down to the cellar to see what wine I have that would go best with it

All of a rush to get the boys to their swimming lessons so to the Bangers 'n' chips I added baked beans and an egg.
Washed it down with a bottle of Bud.
SWWLTBO has decided she is taking them swimming tonight so I am having another bottle of Bud

I'll match your bottle of Bud with a bottle of Stella 4%
A very nice customer gave me a bottle of Black Stump 2007 Aussie Shiraz this morning; I might have to sample that with the pasta
