Pasta with bolognese sauce  cloud9:

The bolognese sauce that I made too much of a few days ago and froze in a foil container the size of a house brick which, when removed from the freezer just now was a solid as a house brick but split in half quite easily with the application of a cleaver and mallet resulting in 2 half-house-brick pieces of frozen sauce skidding in opposite directions along the work surface!  eeek:

It'll be fine  whistle:
