And still they manage to mislay documents

This time left on a train.
Of course the BBC are playing it for all they are worth ~ well who can blame them after the Gilligan performance.

This will be the BBC that everyone seems to think is a lackey of the government.

Why did the finder hand the documents to the BBC? Surely the police station would be the obvious choice? (after photocopying them of course)

Perhaps it's some convoluted plot by the Intelligence Services to discredit the Beeb.  rubschin:

On the other hand it could just be a case of the guy thinking that if he handed them to the police so the beeb was his best bet.

Was watching Gordo's briefing earlier and it was a shambles. I had the impresion that the press were really enjoying themselves.

I'm also convinced he's got a really poor hairpiece having watched him in the briefing. If you see any of the footage watch the side of his head when he turns it. If you see any of the coverage check the side of his head and you will see a line going back from the edge of his fringe all the way back.

I know it's kinda off topic but I couldnt get the thought out of my head.  redface:

Listening to some of the utter balls he was coming out with, the rising fuel prices are the fault of the OPEC nations and have nothing to do with the 70% tax on fuel in this country. Contrasted brilliantly with Blears on Newsnight list night saying that he had a stong moral compass. I guess someone swapped north and south around.

Bear in mind it was Blears who made the comment BM. This is someone who couldnt find the moral path with a GPS and an SAS pathfinder.
