Back to school!!! ;D

Damn, I was trying to post this important event in the calendar.

And now I can't even delete it, so ignore it. Two weeks of half term is just cruel!

How did it go?  Every problem has a solution with enough foresight?

One week I can cope with (just), two weeks is almost beyond endurance.

Yes ~ mine aren't twins but they do fight almost all throughout the holidays.

When I was a kid I remember loathing the shopping trip before new term after the summer holidays. All the shops had those ?back to school? signs as if we needed reminding. Spoilt the last few weeks of the holiday?  noooo:

Totally agree. The Back to School signs round here go up in late June, before they even break up. Most depressing for an 8 year old (like me) redface:

A bizarre form of torture ? do they really think we need reminding? Or perhaps if they didn?t put the signs up everybody would forget to go back?  noooo:

I'd have thought that parents would be the last people in the universe to need to be told when school was back.

except for kids maybe...

Yes, the big red ?X? on the calendar being the give-away!  whistle:

I think the worst thing about the ?back to school? signs was the reminder of all the homework that you ad failed to even start?  noooo:
