I thought it was alright but not much of a story and getting a bit bored of Brad Pitt playing the same character

I thought it was alright but not much of a story and getting a bit bored of Brad Pitt playing the same character

No, the story as such was a bit crap and it was a bit too 'Hollywood' throughout....

But I thought the action scenes were very realistic - gave a very good idea what it must have been like to go to war in a tank (fucking awful)...

Surprisingly, after such graphic depictions of death and mutilation throughout the film, the effect on Pitt of being trapped in the tank along with two exploding Stielhandgranate was quite minor!  ;D
