Saw it in of all places Copenhagen and  eeek: it was nearly 49 years ago and yes it was self indulgent shite.  IIRC Keith Moon was disturbingly good as the nonce uncle.

Watched The Beautiful Game the other night...

Started very well, I really like Bill Nighy but it quickly turned to boring, predictable shyte...  cry:

Also watched The Monk and the Gun which got great reviews on IMDB...

Great scenery but the plot is too predictable (apart from the twist at the end) to be interesting...  confused:

I've seen worse films, some of the jokes are funny and the Rhea Perlman cameo is brilliant but it's mostly annoying shite.  Probably didn't help that I've always detested Ryan Gosling and never found Margot Robbie attractive.
