Job centre
« on: May 06, 2008, 02:20:22 PM »
Went to the Job Centre this morning to register. Was told to call a free-phone number where somebody would take my details etc - should take 30 to 40 minutes to complete.
After the usual menu options and being put in a queue, I was told that the "system" was down and that instead they would send me the form to complete manually.

Why didn't they just give me a form at the beginning!
