That's reminded me that I saw a couple of pieces on TV recently about reflexology.

The principle of Reflexology is that the body is reflected in the feet and/or hands and can be accessed by the therapist to encourage healing.  The therapists' hands are used as a tool to induce the body's natural healing powers and in doing so can relieve a great deal of tension and congestion carried in our body everyday.  This healing energy helps to unblock and re-align our body's natural balance

Utter tosh!

Agreed. Utter cobblers. Mrs TG swears by it however. I have to rub her feet a lot which is something I perhaps should not admit on an open forum.  noooo:

Still, it is part of my reality.  evil:

She has ordered me a Wii though so I shouldn't complain.  eyes:

I can go with relaxing massage but to call it a science is stretching things a bit too far.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

I have one thing to say, Rayman Raving Rabbids. Cow flinging and bunnies can dance after a few pints can be a laugh.
I do not have ducks. I do not have a row. I have squirrels and they are all at a rave.

Massage fine but saying that rubbing certain part of the feet can cause healing because they are "connected" to a particular organ is definite 'mumbo-jumbo in my book.

Using that sort of reasoning getting a corn or a verrucae could seriously affect your spleen or liver for example.  ::)

If you want a no holds barred review of games TG I'd recommend looking up a guy called Zero Punctuation. If you are going to listen to his reviews at work though either make sure the office is deserted or wear headphones - he doesnt follow the normal kiss arse trend and pulls no punches when it comes to games or parts of games he doesnt like.

Oh yes, drinking anything while watching is not recommended.

I'm in 2 minds on that as I've used Shiatsu techniques, both on myself and on friends which have had an effect.
