Life after people
« on: March 24, 2008, 04:48:04 PM »
Did anyone see this last night?

Fascinating in many ways but curiously pointless. I mean the tree huggers wil be gone as well so no one can possibly give a monkeys.

Short legged dogs will die first then tall buildings will fall down. Still worth a look though.

I have long held the view that the idiots who talk about "saving the planet" actually mean, "saving our own skins". I imagine the planet will still be here and doing very nicely long after we are gone

That about sums up the whole 2 hour programme.

The Hoover dam might last for 10,000 years though. Cracking build quality.  happy088

Still worth a look though.  ;)
