From gay Paris. We have already "had words"
Didn't she like the colour?
Painting due to commence on Monday and she picked the colour before she went.
Words were about the delay in decorating her room because we had to spend three days clearing and cleaning it.
She: "And where is all my stuff then?" .....
Me: "That which is not boxed and stored in your brother's room is mainly at the council tip" .....
She: "You can't do that" .....
Me: "Too late sweetie .... I told you I would before Christmas, you have had two months to sort it yourself you decided not to"
Words were also spoken about "Attitude" when asked to get up this morning and further "Attitude" towards little brothers and her apparent desire to treat them like something on the pavement that she has stepped in.
7YO asked if she had enjoyed her holiday and she damn near bit his head off .... told him it was none of his business.
Cue paternal lecture on treating people (even siblings) with a measure of respect.
She: "And if I don't choose to?"
Me: "SLAP"
She: "You can't do that to me"
Me: "Wanna another one?"
She: Tears and runs to mother who told her much the same as I had.
We have yet to broach the subject of "Hygiene"
