At a company I once worked for ALL the salaries were on a non passworded spreadsheet the Finance dept held but it was too large for the shite email system so one prat decided to use the open to all internal server to send it to a colleague in a file titled Salaries.
Yes of course it was intercepted by several people, copied and broadcast to many more
