I have a mini trampoline and a sports bra. It's all good. I can't jog because of dodgy knees. It's a gene thing.

No jogging is because I have been advised as such by a medical professional. Same as not allowed to step classes or anything that might jar them.

Mini trampoline, it isn't big at all it isn't like a big trampoline. It is low impact.

Yes to USE the trampoline. I walk briskly for over half an hour a day anyway and the trampoline was the additional exercise option as there is precious little I can use at the gym anymore.

I never understood about 'Sports Bras'.
