The British Plain English Campaign which annually hands out the prize for the most nonsensical remark made by a public figure gave him first prize 

Mr Rumsfeld won the prize for comments made at a news conference in February last year which left observers baffled

It can be. He's right.

I have a limited amount of space for information and especially at this time of year it could be fatal. New information might push out some vital information like to look both ways before crossing the road, how to breathe, where I live...

It could be catastrophic!  eeek:
