Shame. I always like to see Mr Wench looking smart in suit and tie.  ;)

You wouldn't like me then ~ I've only worn a suit 'n' tie twice in six years. Once for the youngest boy's baptism and once for the wedding of cousin's son. Usual garb ~ cotton trouser or jeans, polo shirt and boat shoes. Fleece over the top if I have to go out ~ thinking about it I don't own much else nowadays.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

I wore a suit the other day en route to airport via school and The Boy's teacher asked if I had been to a funeral! redface:

ALWAYS without. In this weather one should not be wearing them.

One is. evil:

One should not. One should be wearing boots. Timberlands in an ideal world.

Haven't we had this conversation before?  rubschin:

They all know Mr Wench doesn't choose the majority of his own clothes! That is why he is co-ordinated and has a decent wardrobe.

He is a schoolteacher.

How much "Co-ordinating" do you need to do for Tattershall shirt, brown corduroy trousers and a green Harris Tweed jacket (with suede elbow patches)?

You forget the green knitted tie, with a squared off end.

Indeed I did, and the pipe, and the shiny suede shoes.
