Dunno ~ looked like the Scallypool skyline at first glance. I assumed (stupid thing to do around here I know) that it was something to do with their upcoming European City of Culture events ( ) ..... of which we hear little else up here at the moment.

This is Scallypool skyline from across the river ..... see the building to the right as you look at it.




Besides I NEVER went south of the Thames ~ Mother said if I did I'd get things in my hair ..... Looks like she was right.
