Inverter is FUBAR... Awaiting a new unit...  evil:
noooo:

How long did it last?

It was in the house when we bought it - I think it dates to 2022... rubschin:

At least it finally explains the random outage...  Thumbs:
Well yes but 4 years is pretty poor.  What was the make?  Mine's SigEnergy (Chinese of course)

SolarEdge
Not heard of them, quite possibly the same components as Sigenergy with just a different label

Today is going to be rubbish on the panels here.  6 of 10 hours of daylight gone and just 2.5kWh

Well, whatever, nevermind

Israeli company apparently...

It is (I believe) a 'short string' inverter, optimised for multiple arrays of panels on different roofs - which is wot I have!  ;D

Consequently I have discovered that I can't boot the inverter in the morning but can fire it up in the afternoon...  cloud9:

Unfortunately the weather was shit this arvo and I only generated 1.44kWh...  evil:

Couldn't be something to do with the clocks going back could it?

Israeli eh?  I do hope their Iron Dome system doesn't rely on same inverters.
Well, whatever, nevermind
