Braverman would be useless at running a whelk stall, don't know nothing about Badenoch other than she doesn't know real politik if she thinks the Tory party membership will place a black woman as PM

Mordaunt is the only one that seems to have the ability and is not contaminated by sleaze or support of same
Well, whatever, nevermind

Kemi Badenoch please. Or even Suella Braverman.

Slightly clumsily described as "a bit of a dark horse" on the news yesterday  shutup:

Wayciiiist. I don't anyone who puts "real politik" above real policies that help the country. Tory party membership might not be as parochial as you suggest. Mordaunt, unfortunately, has links to Bill Gates.

Maybe you need to get out more.  'What's in it for me' is becoming a dominant force in politics

And it's not racist to point out that a lot of Tories are somewhat less than committed to equal opportunities
Well, whatever, nevermind

Yes, because there aren't any people of colour on the benches and only six of them running for the top job... ::)

And of course, they would never allow a female to have the top job would they...?  rubschin:

Nasty tories - I blame Fatcher!  evil:

There's a difference between those that appoint ministers and candidates and rank and file membership

Not that Boris was always averse to being a racist when he thought it'd make him popular

Of course, those racist tories would never vote for a person of colour to be their MP at a GE... ::)

Not at all, it relates directly to your comment...

Looking at the ethnic mix of Tory MPs I'd suggest that the average Tory voter is far from racist and/or "somewhat less than committed to equal opportunities"...

So?

It just means that the average Tory voter given a choice will tend to go for the whitest one.  That not given a choice they will vote for the Tory candidate over the opposing party candidates does not disprove that
Well, whatever, nevermind

And of course we are still to see that report about why Nusrat Ghani was told she was sacked as a minister
Well, whatever, nevermind
