' seems you missed that he very clearly said what he would do which is to levy a one off tax to fund price reductions.  I don't agree with it, I don't agree with the ambiguity of 'up to £600' but he definitely said what he'd do about the #1 UK issue right now.  So why did you misrepresent this?

I'd prefer an honest politician but I wont hold my breathe. As to Keir's one off tax, he knows enough to be aware it wouldn't work but it sounds good to his deluded supporters. There isn't a quick fix to the current economic troubles. It's about time "The Great British Public" realised this.

So you agree he did actually have a policy then.  What he doesn't have is an answer to a year's time if the energy crunch continues.  Boris doesn't have an answer to what now? 
 
Meantime between the housing crunch and the energy crunch we are going to see a lot of people put into serious difficulties.

Keir's electoral problem is at heart he isn't a leader, he doesn't seize the moment, he doesn't take risks but right now he's at least trying to do the right things.

Hopefully Boris gets a severe drubbing in May, the Tories chuck him and his kleptocrats in the bin and get someone like Penny Mordaunt in number 10.

It would work for a time but one off taxing business is a dangerous road and it's counter intuitive to the cross party policy of reducing energy use so it's also hypocrisy.
 
I agree very few lie outright.  That's why Boris has to go, if he tells the truth it's mostly by accident.   And this fat contracts to mates who then make donations back to him or the party is just kleptocracy.  It literally will destroy the UK as we know it by more and more imitators if it goes on.
 
FWIW it's over 40 years since I voted Labour, Keir is unlikely to change that.  So much damage done by those that put Corbyn in position.
