It's not that quick to get PoA.  Typically 2 months from sending the forms off IIRC and may be longer in these times

Big Sis reports major row with Duchess of Twat about money  noooo:  Duchess objects to her remitting cash to the Duchess's brother to pay for medical treatment (USA) for his young daughter!!

All her house phones and her mobile out of charge so no response. She forgets to charge them.

Big Sis is wearing herself out clearing out cupboards, wardrobes, filing cabinets and the garage!

The stepdaughters called me (they had been down for the day) and intimated that BS is "under pressure" to get the house ready for a quick sale.  I sense the hoofprint of the toxic niece. evil:

Needless to say, the Queen of Twatt is not making any contribution to this effort and has cut the carers down to 2 hours a week.
