How many ways are they to repackage a repeat?

So I get that TV channels may not have a lot of new material to offer at the moment but for goodness sake just tell it as it is !!

It is not repackaged , it is not classic,  it is not a 'chance to catch it again, it is not a catch up,  or the opportunity to see unseen bits......... it is a feckin repeat . It is replaying something that in most cases was only on recently.

You are doing us no favours you annoying voice overs with your trying to be positive spin!!!

The most irritating thing I've found about the constant flow of repeats even before covid is that they are usually a tiny fraction of the programs that the channel has available that they could show. I know that in the age of on demand television it's easy to find shows that way but even so you could still make more of an effort with your selection.
I do not have ducks. I do not have a row. I have squirrels and they are all at a rave.

Some repeats are effectively free to the broadcaster, some not.  And now we've forced the BBC to outsource so much of its production a lot will be in that latter category
Well, whatever, nevermind

I think telly's had it's heyday, certainly my offspring never watch conventional TV. this period is likely to accelerate the process.
