Yesterday evening LL was printing out some choir stuff, "that toner cartridge has lasted a long time!" facepalm:

Sure enough, she has just printed the first sheet of the day and yes, the bloody cartridge is empty!  cussing:

How the bleddy hell does that werk...? Shrugs:

New printers come with a 'starter' toner which is good for about five pages...  noooo:

Samsung  C480FW with 'starter toner' £190
Samsung  C480FW with 'compatible toner' £350
Samsung  C480FW with 'OEM toner' £470

At this point Snoopy would inevitably post that he bought the toner from somewhere that threw in a free printer...  sad24:
