I bought one of these...

Stuck it on the back of the tellybox and plugged it into a free USB port...

So it comes on when you switch the tellybox on and goes off when you switch it off...

Dramatically increases the contrast ratio (if you are watching in a fairly dark room) and is highly recommended...

Well worth six quid!  :thumbsup:

I might go for it cos there is a marass of wiring behind our tele and I wouldn’t need a torch next time it goes wrong
