Thought I was finally getting to see lie of the land this morning then was delivered a freighter full of manure to sort out this afternoon  noooo:

A computer glitch at the weekend ensured that everyone who ordered a paper prospectus online received 75 copies in the mail. Most of the complaints were from people who could not gain entry to their own houses. facepalm:

It also meant that we went though 14,500 prospectus (unit cost £4) in 2 days  facepalm: facepalm:
