I've hated the compensation culture since I was a student nurse. Back then you'd have a class full of terrified 18 year olds who had just been told that they couldn't step foot onto a ward until they had arranged £1million indemnity cover. Since then it's just got worse, with more pathetic compensation schemes that are primarily for greedy companies to make money out of the gullible who in all honesty didn't need the money.
The universe is run by the complex interweaving of three elements. Energy, matter, and enlightened self-interest.

Tried to discuss this with The Man yesterday but he was all logical and said we can't plan anything yet as we are both going through the  restructuring nonsense ( apply for your own jobs / lose posts situation)  and until we know how that pans out we can't 'waste money'  eeek: eeek: eeek:
