Lost eyebrows

WTF is going on with young wimmin shaving off their eyebrows and then painting them back on?

LL went to a family wedding in the UK recently (her side  whistle:)... the photos were full of eyebrowtastic young women...  noooo:

It is a big thing over here too - they tattoo them on!  ::)
