Always such a joy  - this is before you get to interviewing.

Have some posts advertised at the moment and I am the point of contact. So get an email today from someone saying that he is trying to download the JD and person spec from the website but has taken nearly 2 hours . Can I fix the problem and sort it out !!!

WTF - if he expects to be shortlisted he is on another planet.

One person has cited on his application ......

"Being the lead trainer to shape mouth opening behaviour with Pygmy Hippos to facilitate teeth cleaning”

.....they have experience dealing with Griffon vultures, Patas monkeys, Nile Monitors, Timber Wolves, Reticulated Giraffes, White rhinoceros and Aardvarks.
