I'm trying to place an order with a company in Germany that I have used before.
I have to log-in to place the order but I cannot remember my password (it isn't 'password'
)
So, I go the the password recovery bit and after filling in my details and the Captcha thing it says my e-mail address is not on the database.
So, I create a new account - after filling in all the fucking details and another Captcha thing it tells me that it can't create the account because my e-mail address is already on the database!
