Fancy dress sourcing advice

I need the following:

Shoulder length blond wig (pref with ringlets)
Loon pants (38 waist  redface:)
Tie dye T shirt (46 chest)

I went to a Fancy Dress Ball last weekend and everyone just looked like Pantomime Dames.   noooo:
