Weird students
« on: May 12, 2014, 05:27:49 PM »
One of our degree students came to seem me today. Apparently she is "High Functioning Autistic" which means she has WEIRD gifts but is quite sociable.

SHe said that she had, yesterday, decided to write a course guide for new students which she thought might be useful to help them understand the entire scope of the degree.

I thanked her and suggested she e mailed it to me. SHe produced a print out.

It is 70 THOUSAND words long  Shocked: Shocked:

It is also 100% accurate and immaculately written. SHe wrote it in 9 hours  Shocked: Shocked:

SHe then started to talk about her forthcoming A level exams. She said she was interested to get a few more out of interest but that the exam load is rather high.

SHe has taught herself 9 A levels (including Greek and Russian) in a year  Shocked: Shocked: Shocked:
