Nicks pre-holiday list, helpful suggestions....

We are a friendly bunch here and  like to help each other out, so to make things go as smoothly as possible we need a proper list not one that will be burnt/soaked/thrown at a spider/ladybird. I'll start us all off.....

1. Make a beef casserole

2. Leave window open slightly for hordes ladybirds/earwigs/spider etc.

3. Arrange  for the insurance assessor to arrive on the day of return to asses flood and fire damage incurred in my absence.  Advise said assessor to rub Vick under his/her nose and warn him/her of insect infestation.

4.Expect smutty/smart remarks from Darwin et al regarding the Vick thing.

Contact the Spanish Embassy to advise them that El Desastre de Jengibre will be visiting the country. Also get as many emergency numbers for the British High Commision and Embassy as possible.  whistle:

Messers Sue Grabbit and Run have been helpfully directed to Nicks abode.  I wrote a disclaimer before writing if you see what I mean.
