She is being made redundant as of the end of this month. Not good at 59  noooo:

The Dean of her Faculty ,ust write a reference for her but barely knows her as he is new.

He has told her to write her own and he will endorse it.

Mrs Nick has always been able to promote her considerable abilities in the area of innovative use of time spent in devolving responsibilities to other members of staff and achieving surprising levels of productivity.

It could never be said that she was irresponsible at any time of crisis and always allowed her subordinates to demonstrate innovation while she stood back.

In all Mrs Nicks years here no one died accidentally and to the best of our knowledge levels of Ebola plague remained below African averages.
Well, whatever, nevermind

She is an enthusiastic contributor to staff meetings and at no time exhibits any tendencies to self-doubt.
