Cypriots always call it a Panjero - it is a sort of speech defect.... They can't say 'turtle' either....  noooo:

Likewise, we can't say 'egg' in Greek - it requires a sort of throat clearing phlegm swallowing sound that we just can't cope with....  sick2:
